Family Planning

We provide a full range of family planning services including coils and implanon. Please ask at reception for an appointment (which will be subject to availability at the time, given current pressures and demands on the Practice).

Health checks

A general health check are available as follows:

NHS Health check

  • aged 40-74 (no other conditions, every 5 years)
  • Well Woman
  • Well Man
  • aged 75 and over (who has not seen a GP in the last year)

General checks will be carried out as follows:

Blood pressure, blood tests (as appropriate), Height and Weight, Lifestyle advice, Tetanus status.

Please contact reception for information on how to make an appointment between 10.30am-5.45pm.

Travel Vaccinations

If you're planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.

If you require Travel Immunisation, please fill in the form on the link below and leave into reception. Our practice pharmacist will assess it and be in touch with you, by SMS or by telephone.
